I just wanted to place a post here for my Relay For Life Team's Blog that I recently created to help keep my team members as well as other updated on the progress of our Relay For Life Team, our fundraisers, and all the great work that is done by the American Cancer Society. Every one has a special reason for doing the Relay For Life and my team and I are no different. Some of us have lost more than one speical person in our lives from cancer and I belive that through the American Cancer Society's research there will one day be a cure for this disease. Personal reason are a great reason to join the Relay For Life but they are not a requirement. So do it out of the sheer feeling of helpfullness. Knowing that the money you raise throughout the year goes into research, and even to help a victim of cancer or their familys is a great feeling no matter who you are.
